Ryker Oilfield Hauling is seeking an experienced Dispatcher for our Wainwright, Alberta location
Job Summary:
    Obtaining approved routes for rig moves, as well as all necessary permits (AB & SK)
    Creating dispatches on Excel worksheets
    Communicating with Rigs to coordinate rig moves
    On call 24-hours a day while on shift
    Shifts are 10 days on with 4 days off
    Dispatching crews and other required personnel
    Managing hours of service
    Assist in preparing bids for rig moves and other heavy hauling

Qualifications:
    Must have experience with E-Log systems!
    H.S. diploma/GED required and 3 years experience in logistics, transportation, or oil field services
    Preference given to previous rig moving experience.

Skills & Abilities:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Strong computer skills with a focus on MS Excel
    Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
    Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
    Must be accustomed to busy phones
    Demonstrates time management and priority setting skills
    Ability to adjust priorities in a hurry
    Ability to build customer relationships
    Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
    Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
    Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
