Mistik Management Ltd. is a forest management company responsible for a 1.8 million hectare Forest Management Agreement (FMA) area in northwest Saskatchewan.  Based out of Meadow Lake, SK., Mistik Management Ltd. provides wood fiber to Meadow Lake Mechanical Pulp Inc., NorSask Forest Products LP, and L and M Wood Products.  

Mistik Management Ltd. is seeking an energetic and qualified applicant for the position of Administrative Assistant.  The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining Mistik?s physical office space (photocopiers, fax, supplies, etc.) and various administrative and payroll functions such as contractor payroll and accounts payable management, records management, contract maintenance, taking minutes, and other related activities.

A diploma in accounting and/or bookkeeping experience will be considered an asset.  Applicants must possess well-developed oral and written communication skills.  Preference will be given to applicants with well-developed computer skills (Microsoft Office spreadsheet, database applications and word-processing).
