Lead a team of high-performing design professionals responsible for developing assets that support marketing projects and upholds the creative integrity of our brand.

What youll do:
- Provide creative direction on design of material that aligns with corporate strategy
- Prioritize work and resources to meet deadlines
- Manage workflow and asset management systems
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative Development teams to ensure deliverables consistently support business strategies and the overall brand identity
- Mentor the team in development planning, workload management, and setting and achieving performance objectives
- Travel to project sites as required

What youll need:
- A bachelors degree in design, visual communication or fine arts and at least five years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Advanced knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Technical ability and functional skills with video production including filming and editing; OR
- Diverse portfolio including digital and traditional advertising that showcases work as a designer and design team leader
