This is a growing company, and this will be a role that evolves, the position will have standard tasks but will also require an individual with an open mind that is willing to work occasionally outside of scope.
A day for you in this role will include but is not limited to the following:
Answering and screening incoming calls which may be for sales, accounts and general enquiries ensuring all stakeholders receive utmost customer service.
Welcoming guests into the office and managing boardroom meeting calendar including organising coffees, tea and water for staff and guests, carrying out general reception duties.
General filing: putting together hard copy folders, creating labels for binders, filing key allocation forms.
Collecting mail and newspapers, logging mail, and distributing as necessary
Assisting staff with any IT issues or requests.
Ad hoc as necessary, errands such as stock management of stationary, refreshments etc.
