Description

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING & EVOLVING we are looking for a Regional Intelligence Solutions Manager for Region 3 (Humboldt, Kelvington, Preeceville, Wynyard, Kamsack, Swan River). You will lead & support the optimization efforts of the region through training & linking customer needs to the optimal performance of their equipment. Focus will be placed on supporting all departmental mainstreaming efforts, introduction of new technology & direct field work for designated key/strategic accounts.

Responsibilities
-Maintain current knowledge of the latest John Deere equipment & technology
-Train service technicians to perform infield optimizations & start-ups
-Perform infield start-up & optimizations for designated customers
-Assist in the development & delivery of customer clinic events
-Support in the development of SVAP products
-Support the role out of training to employees
-Support the development & delivery of a comprehensive demonstration process including equipment preparation & sales team training
-Lead demonstrations of new products & technology
-Support & maintain customer data management products

Requirements
-2+ years experience in the ag field with knowledge/familiarity of technology utilized in todays agriculture environment
-Written & verbal communication skills are essential
-Proficiency in using MS Office suite products & other related technologies
-The ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons is expected as well as the ability to travel
-All candidates must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License
