Our client is growing and expanding again and is looking to add a new Manager, Programs to their already stellar team. The Manager, Programs oversees the development and delivery of administered programs, and programs funded through Strategic Initiatives. They will also support the Director, Business Services in representing the organization on various program committees.  And, of course, you will do all of this using sound decision making and logic and of course being a role model for their values and culture.

Additionally, you will lead a team of 6 employees, advising and working with the various program leads and advisors on a regular basis. You will work with and guide program leads and advisors to develop and effectively deliver administered/government funded programs. You will effectively manage, develop, mentor and retain staff while building upon the culture the organization has thoughtfully developed.
