Our client is looking to add a Director, Business Services to their growing team. This is a new senior leadership position, and will be a member of the senior leadership team. The Director, Business Services provides leadership and strategic direction around all benefits, insurance, risk management, programs and community planning initiatives. This role operates at a strategic level, with an operational focus, and a member driven view towards outcomes.
Additionally, you will lead a team of 3 functional managers, advising and working with them to support effective outcomes for our members. You will effectively lead, develop, and coach staff while building upon the culture the organization has thoughtfully developed.
We are seeking someone with a unique set of skills for this exciting and challenging role. You will bring a mix of human resources knowledge, business strategy, and a continuous improvement focus to this role.
