As the Vice President of Technology, you will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing strategic direction of the technology function.  You will be responsible for the IT and Digital Transformation strategy, including IT architecture, and application development. Your demonstrated ability to engage in senior level business and technology decision making discussions related to agility, business and customer value, end to end operations, and the balance of maintenance and digital focus transformation, will be essential to this role.

Your must haves:

- Undergraduate or Masters degree in a technology or business-related discipline is required
- Significant experience leading technology teams focused on digital transformation
- A deep understanding of the Digital Ecosystem, Digital Innovation, and Advanced Analytics
- Experience leading with a DevOps approach
- A passion in using technology to achieve excellence in customer experience
- Financial services industry knowledge considered an asset
