This position provides leadership and support for this branchs mandate of delivering effective maintenance management services to City of Regina owned and/or operated facilities. This position will develop and sustain strong working relationships between the Facilities Maintenance Branch, other business units within the City of Regina and our customers. The emphasis on this position is a balance between a business administration role, providing and performing a variety of fiscal management related functions, human resource activities, various research and development projects and safety related documentation as well as providing technical support and expertise to a team of trades staff and specialist who perform facility related maintenance. This position reports to the Manager, Facilities Maintenance and supervises staff.
