Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for the instruction of Basic Care Skills - PERS 103 in the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Disability Support Worker Certificate program.  Preparation time is calculated based on the amount of theory delivered and is included in the approved days. Responsibilities include lesson planning, developing and delivering practical and theoretical instruction, evaluating student performance, and providing reports as required. PERS 103 will be instructed during the 1st term (August 30th-December 17th, 2021); exact instructional dates will be determined in consultation with the lead instructor and program coordinator.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Nursing or Practical Nursing OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check will be required.
