The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) is a treasury board crown created in 2017 with responsibility for Sask911. It was expanded in 2019 and is now responsible for emergency communications, wildfire management, emergency management and fire safety. The enhancement of services in this centralized agency ensures a single point of contact for communities, greater co-ordination of provincial resources and contributes to safer communities in our province.
