The Manager, Service Operations, is accountable for establishing strategies and procedures for delivery of Service Desk and Network Operations Centre services, in order to meet our customers' business needs. The Manager, Service Operations, will provide thought leadership and will interface with customers, lead project teams, including direct reports, and will be responsible for maintaining, improving, measuring and growing the assigned service(s).
