Description

Eagle's Nest Youth Ranch provides 24 hour quality care, counseling and therapeutic social and educational programs to vulnerable youth. We work collaboratively with youth, families, and community groups to facilitate individual growth and social change that will improve the lives of youth and families in our communities. Youth are provided with a home environment where caring adults provide routines and limits, nurturing and understanding, and teach values and skills required for successful living.

We need Youth Care Workers for our group homes to provide care, nurturing, therapeutic interventions & programming to youth.

Position requires shift work, awake nights, holidays, and casual positions require on-call weekends.

Requirements include post secondary education in Social Work, YCW, Counseling or other related disciplines or 1-2 years previous work experience in human services.

Applicants must also possess their own transportation.

- clear criminal record check
- valid driver's license
