Position responsibilities will include performing various clerical, administrative and date entry duties, managing and addressing customer inquiries, providing clerical support for the Chief Administrative Officer. Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook is required. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, month end processes, balancing accounts & other accounting duties set out by the CAO. The successful candidate must be a strong team player exhibit strong leadership, motivational abilities, demonstrate excellent problem solving & conflict resolution skills. Able to pay attention to detail & high level of accuracy. Knowledge of Munisoft accounting software program an asset. Please include your salary expectation with resume.
