Description

Director, Business Process and Analytics is accountable and responsible to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development and implementation of the organizations Record Information Management systems (RIM), Enterprise Analytics application and business process development and sustainment functions. As a Business Process and Analytics Director you will guide managers, review project requests, timelines and costs. In addition, you will develop, distribute, support, enforce and integrate best practice, change management and technology standards across the organization.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent and/or;
- Seven years in a business environment with at least four years progressive experience in information technology management.
- Prosci Change Management Certification an asset.
- Experience in project management, with training typically obtained through Project Management Institute (PMI) certified courses and programs would be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attentive to detail.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills, highly collaborative.
- Experience working with committees and work groups providing technical expertise and consultative services.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective, positive working relationships.
- Exceptional verbal, written communication skills including an ability to use appropriate communication styles and methods to gain acceptance of the departments programming or position with internal and external parties.
