Saskatoon Community Clinic is seeking a permanent full-time Out of Scope Chief Operations Officer who is responsible for the efficient, effective, provision of health care by the interdisciplinary team at Westside Community Clinic. The COO is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the departments physical, financial, and human resources in accordance with CHSAs policies and procedures and the Community Clinics mission, vision and values.  The COO is also responsible for the management of special organizational development projects, as assigned, in such areas as organization policy development, service expansion planning, relation and issues with the SHA, the provincial government, and other community service partners.   A complete job description (under review) is available upon request.
