As Vendastas Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for producing strategic plans for driving audience and customer growth through friendly and helpful posts and promotions in collaboration with in-house teams. The day-to-day will involve the development of social campaigns and strategies, writing content, scheduling posts, communicating with our social audiences, transferring leads, reporting conversion metrics, and collaborating with other marketing heroes.
Responsibilities
Produce social media plans and campaigns with data-driven goals focused on growing audiences and delivering leads
Produce social media posts and campaigns that exemplify Vendastas culture and community, driving qualified job applicants
Provide helpful advice and assistance to inquiring audiences (comments and direct messages)
Ensure all Vendasta social accounts provide a seamless, creative, and consistent brand experience
Monitor social content schedule and ensure posts are current, helpful, and curated for each channel
Communicate and present social media vision and best-practice to company, empowering others to post their content and monitor success
Coordinate with designers, photographer/videographer to produce exemplary content
Qualifications
2+ years experience in a social media role; experience in SaaS considered an asset
Degree in Business Marketing or the like considered an asset
Experience with graphic design and video editing via the Adobe Suite considered an asset
Ability to navigate ambiguity, develop strategic marketing initiatives, coordinate with various teams, and successfully execute
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Highly collaborative and strategic thinker who works well in a fast-paced, energetic, environment
