Responsible for system services and servers at the primary data center and all branches.
Implement, upgrade and administer all system infrastructure.
Develop, implement, and manage desktop management policies related to securing desktops, applying group policies, and deploying software.
Update documentation, write new procedures, and detail Exchange and Active Directory configurations
Deliver timely and high-quality incident resolution and post-incident analysis focusing on the root cause, prevention, and knowledge transfer
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange PowerShell commands needed to manage Exchange features, roles, mailboxes, performance, and troubleshooting
Expert knowledge of current Windows Server Operating Systems, Cisco UCS hardware, Active Directory, MS Azure cloud, SharePoint servers and SharePoint Online, Windows DNS, CIFS and NFS protocols, TCP/IP networking.
support DELL/EMC Unity, EMC VNX, Fibre Channel and iSCSI networks.
Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in VMware virtualization and clustering
Experience with mid to large size server operations including daily operations and maintenance as well as project-based work such as migrations, upgrades etc.
Proficient with Windows Server and services (DNS, DHCP,etc.), Active Directory, SCCM.
Design, test, implement and administer servers for deployment of company, OS, applications, updates and patch management.
Senior Microsoft Office 365, design, build, and administration experience (InTune, AutoPilot).
Administer and support the storage/cloud/virtualization structure and systems.
Develop and maintain systems documentation as required.
Utilize Corporate Change Management procedures to ensure effective control management.
Assist in evaluating/selection of systems hardware and software.
Perform regular system monitoring; verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and processes.
