Canature WaterGroup is looking for a Technical Writer to work with internal subject matter experts to develop high quality technical documents and resources that create a good user experience for our customers and end-users by presenting technical information in clear, concise and easy-to-understand ways.
What you will do:
Develop, update and maintain technical corporate documents including product manuals, spec sheets, FAQ sheets and process documentation that:
-communicates product updates to target audiences clearly & concisely
-helps users learn how to use our products quickly & effectively
-helps translate key product benefits for end users
Manage the approval and communication process for all customer-facing technical documents
Manage the corporate library of customer-facing technical documentation, including tracking incoming change requests and prioritizing jobs for completion
Develop technical digital content and resources for the corporate websites (i.e. how-to guides and technical blog articles)
Work collaboratively with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Customer Service and Marketing) to obtain an in-depth understanding of product capabilities, users needs & challenges, and documentation requirements
Apply design elements (tables, charts, diagrams etc.) to enhance the visual impact of documents and improve usability

Education Requirements:
