We are currently looking to add a full time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to our team.
The following is a list of some key responsibilities that our new team member would be in charge of completing:
-Greeting clients
-Opening and closing of office space
-Maintaining cleanliness of reception area
-Assisting advisors and support staff
-Answering telephones
-Supporting client requests
-Prepping client files
We deal with life insurance, health insurance, and mutual fund management. Someone who is willing to continue learning is a must. Experience in this field is not necessary; however, this is an asset.
