Description

Legacy Co-op is hiring a Full Time Petroleum Clerk for our Petroleum Department in Yorkton, SK.

What youll do:

You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel at home here through:

-Cardlock Site Maintenance - perform routine maintenance to Cardlocks in Yorkton and surrounding area by driving out to cardlock sites to change pump nozzles, complete environmental checks, and maintain site cleanliness standards.
-Assist with direct delivery orders by driving out to customer sites in Yorkton and surrounding area
-Customer Sales - receive customer orders for delivery, assisting customers with sales and inquiries
-Administrative functions - process fuel and lube claims, enter bulk sales, maintain Cardlock Card system, order cardlock cards, complete reconciliations and generate reports
-General duties - housekeeping, opening, closing, merchandising
-In the absence of the Petroleum Co-ordinator, the Petroleum Clerk will assume those duties

Who you are:

You are interested in a career in the petroleum industry and have:

-Basic mechanical skills
-Class 5 drivers licence  must possess a valid Class 5 Driver licence and maintain a valid licence throughout employment
-A good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-The ability to be a self starter and able to work alone
-General knowledge of petroleum and lubricants and willing to expand your knowledge in this area.
-You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends
-You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
-You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel
