We are an up to 10 bed seniors' care home in Melville Saskatchewan that is looking for several part time staff. Our home is beautiful, clean, and houses mostly seniors who just need a small amount of assistance. Our team members need to be trustworthy, reliable, and have a sincere heart for helping others.
Right now this position is casual- part time until we have had a chance to ensure you are the right fit for our care home staff team, and we are the right fit for you. Once that is confirmed, we can guarantee full time hours.
Schedules are made for the entire month in advance, and we are willing to work around family obligations and/or other employment if needed. Please note due to Covid-19 your second job cannot be in another senior care home. Meals while you're working are included.
Pay averages between Minimum-$13 per hour, depending on your work experience with seniors, and/or your work-related education.
Our team members must have a clean criminal record, and have the right personality for working with seniors. We will provide on the job training, and you will also be required to take some additional training courses.
It will be an asset if you have any or all of the following:
- CCA course - Personal Care Worker Course - Standard 1st Aid - CPR - TLR - PART - Food Safe
- Online Ministry of Health Medications Modules - Regina Trades & Skills PSA Course - WHMIS
