Description

Job Title: Field Administrator
Location: Swift Current, Saskatchewan
Reports to: Senior Office Services Supervisor
Employment type: 12 month temporary

The following will provide you with basic guidelines as to the duties required of this position.

Purpose:
The Field Administrator will be primarily responsible for the day to day clerical duties and providing support to operations staff at Crescent Points field office in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Main Responsibilities & Activities:

    Provide support to operations staff through collecting and reporting of data, data entry and distribution
    Maintaining databases and updating as required
    Provide coverage of Field Administrator responsibilities
    Code and route invoices in Accounts Payable system
    Assist with office equipment management and office supply management
    Assist with various duties and special projects as required
    Support Senior Office Supervisor as required
    Responsible for daily field administration responsibilities and front-line reception and associated tasks as required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    High School Diploma or equivalent is required
    Post-secondary education would be an asset
    Minimum 3 to 5 years of administrative experience is required
    Strong math skills
    Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
    Oil and gas experience would be an asset
    Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
    Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are required
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
    Demonstrate initiative and a strong desire to learn and improve
    Team player who enjoys learning and contribution to team goals
