The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring that the property is managed to the highest level, including public relations, maintenance of the building/property and financial responsibilities.
The Site Manager must check the grounds and remove garbage and ensure garbage and recycling are being emptied on a regular basis, daily cleaning of all the common areas and stairwells, cleaning all touch points such as doors, elevators, glass and mirrors, check exterior lights at night, change light bulbs as needed, inform Property Manager of necessary repairs and arrange contractors and issue purchase orders, ensure the intercom board is current and communicate regularly with the Property Manager. Maintain good relationships with the property owners.
Annual maintenance inspections to be coordinated through the Property Manager and all contractors are required to be accompanied while on site. General site inspection findings to be reported to the Property Manager.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Site Management.
- Ability to take initiative and deal effectively with situations that arise and report to Property Manager during and follow up outcome resolution.
- Bondable and trustworthy character.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to deal effectively and professionally in stressful situations.
- The Site Manager should have small, necessary hand tools and do small repairs and maintenance in common areas and suites.
- Have knowledge of building water/gas/electrical shut offs, as well as shut offs in the suites.
