David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for a permanent Administrative Assistant based in Saskatoon, SK.
This is a key support position in a small, established business. If you have a positive attitude and are looking to be an integral part of a team, this is the position for you!
The Role:
First point of contact for all patients
All administrative tasks including, but not limited to reception, filing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
Ordering and receiving supplies
Booking appointments, tracking follow-ups and referrals
Preparing financial agreements for each patient
Managing accounts receivables and payables
The Ideal Candidate:
Office Admin diploma or certificate, though experience will be considered as well
Minimum 3 years experience as an admin in an office setting
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic with a high level of accountability and dependability
