supervision.
Labourers are expected/required to:
Conduct all work in a professional manner that results in a safe work culture.
Work in such a way as to produce quality work in a productive and safe manner.
Assist in following project plans and instructions to complete work on schedule and
produce quality work safely.
Support an inclusive harassment free work culture and are accountable for the
adherence to policies and procedures by the crew to ensure a respectful and inclusive
work environment.
Be accountable for ensuring that the completed work meets Western Urethane and
customer quality standards.
Assist/complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Previous experience working in an industrial/commercial construction environment would be considered an asset however is not a requirement.
Ability to complete various safety and training courses specific to the roofing, insulating and building envelope field.
Preferred Skills
Must be able bodied, capable of climbing ladders, large amounts of stairs, carrying heavy loads and working in awkward positions.
Analyzes problems and makes sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives,
risks, and implications
Tactful and mature demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities.
Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality.
