Description

Projects:
Main responsibility for follow up the projects and achieve installation goals.
Provide general supervision of contractors.
Supervise hiring, recruiting and training for installation staff.
Review performance and respond to escalated and resolving problems.
Provide everyday leadership to all people involved in the projects.
Comply with management communications and reporting as requested.
Execute supervisory responsibility complying with organizations policy.
Ensure to select and qualify installation vendors.
Responsibility to plan, schedule, oversee and remotely manage all aspects of enterprises network of entire maintenance vendors and certified installers.
Ensure compliance to company requirements.

Statutory/Legal compliance:
Ensure understanding and compliance with all current legal & statutory obligations including, but not limited to, SHE, HACCP, Environmental, Food Safety and employment legislation for all internal employees, external contractors etc
Insurance requirements are in place for all projects when appropriate

Continuous improvement:
Contribute to enhance the project management system, improving the process form initial ideation up to final start up and project closing, to have projects deployed on time in full specs.

Quality:
Drive projects and asset care recommendations from Total Cost of Ownership point of view, working from the project preparation to final operational standard operating procedures hand out, considering the maintenance and reliability as part of this process.
Carry out inspections to evaluate the quality of the engineering/ equipment / co-generation and energy related installations to ensure conformance with specifications and regulatory required.
