ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs as required routine sampling duties such as sampling grain or products on site, sample preparation ( eg cleaning the samples under the direction of coordinators and/or management )
Assists in identifying and recording any problems relating to the product, process, and management system;
Maintains records in conformance with local procedures
Manages Inventory of equipment and consumables
Performs Administrative Assistant duties as required
Shows good organizational and time management skills with a high tolerance for job pressures and an ability to work and communicate with persons of diverse personalities and backgrounds Performs related duties as required
QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or Equivalent in Years Experience
Strong written and communication skills and organizational skills are required
Ability to perform various administrative duties.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to promote a compassionate, caring, customer service oriented culture by operating in a professional and collaborative fashion

- Advise supervisors of ingredient or product deficiencies

- Take samples of products at various stages of processing
