The ideal candidate will have experience in the Agriculture Equipment Industry, the drive to provide excellent customer service, and provide leadership & coaching experience within the team.
You will be responsible for:
Optimizing the parts department to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Develop relationships with customers and vendors to ensure we have the correct products and are able to bring new items to market.
Coaching and developing the skill & knowledge of all parts department personnel.
Fostering a great atmosphere of pride of ones work, and excellent customer service.
Fully utilize the automated inventory control system and ensure company procedures are embraced and implemented.
Maintain a safe work environment for both staff and customers.
