Looking for an intelligent, reliable & trustworthy individual with management & customer service experience.
Must be 19yrs of age and will require to have completed the SIRS course already or within 2 weeks of start date.
Managers responsible for the following:
-Scheduling & managing of staff
-Hiring, firing also training
-Make orders & receive shipments
-Tracking & keeping a controlled inventory
-Tracking sales, labor cost & cost of goods
-Social media, marketing & promotions
-Excellent customer service
-Serving food as well as beverages
-Keeping atmosphere clean & in order
-Enforcing Covid-19 restrictions & guidelines
-Work in a fast paced environment
-Shifts may vary, must be flexible & open to any and all shifts
-Use of POS system plus VLT cash & dumps
-Computer skills a must especially Excel(spreadsheets a major part of job)
-Provide criminal record check
-Great understanding of Math, Money & Formulas
