JOB SUMMARY: An employer driver is our delivery expert who spends most of their time delivering our product(s) to customers in a timely manner. The employee driver is also trained in in-store duties and expected to function as a customer service representative when not on a delivery run.
POSITION DESCRIPTION & SCOPE: This job includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Picks up order and does delivery as assigned in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Takes payment/gives change and ensures financial transactions are accurate.
Ensures they have a valid drivers license, valid/appropriate insurance coverage, current abstract
and their own vehicle in good operating condition. Note: Copies of all of these documents and any
other relevant documents must be given to the G.M. or AGM and kept on file and up-to-date.
Assists while in-store with greeting customers, taking customer orders, some food preparation,
making boxes, maintaining clean environment, and handles cash.
Maintain professional standards in hygiene, cleanliness, food handling and their uniform at all times.
Conducts themselves in a manner in keeping with Dominos policies and practices.
Adheres to all company practices, policies and procedures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Valid/current drivers license; valid/current and appropriate
insurance coverage; current, clean abstract and ownership of a roadworthy vehicle.
Some previous customer service experience. Good communication skills. Previous cash handling experience would be helpful.
