Tasks and Responsibilities
With direction from the Heritage Community Associations Executive Director, the Marketing and Communications Coordinator will:
Write monthly e-newsletters highlighting HCAs programs and services, as well as other news relevant to our neighbourhood;
Manage HCAs Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts to inform followers about HCAs activities and engage our community in meaningful ways online;
Design promotional materials; Update HCAs website with relevant information as needed Update HCAs two Community Signs, monthly or as needed Support the Executive Director in developing and sharing materials related to our 2021 AGM;
Support the Executive Director in developing content and layout for our Fall 2021 print newsletter, Heritage Happenings;
Support the Executive Director with reports to funders; Support the Program Coordinator in program-related communications and marketing
Only students continuing full-time post-secondary studies in the fall semester will be considered. This position is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs Program
