Tisdale Housing Authority has an immediate opening for an Interim Manager to fill a term position for up to 24 months. You will report to a talented, volunteer Board of Directors and will oversee the complete housing operations comprised of a portfolio of 175 units. You will develop budgets, operational plans and processes to ensure efficient and respectful delivery of housing programs and services to those most in need in your community. You will provide leadership to a team of five, manage all administration, process payroll, and provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Board.
A business, social work, psychology, human services degree, or similar is required plus five years of related management experience; or, an equivalent combination. Knowledge of housing and property management, JD Edwards software or similar is an asset. Experience in financial management, payroll, budgeting, tendering, managing staff, and reporting to a Board is required.
