Description

This is a temporary full time position commencing June 14, 2021 to February 3, 2022, in the Diagnostic Imaging Department, Lloydminster Hospital, Lloydminster, SK.

Job Summary:
Performs a variety of ultrasound techniques in order to provide images to assist with the detection and diagnosis of conditions and diseases.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
    Certified by Sonography Canada as a Canadian Registered Generalist Sonographer (CRGS) and a Canadian Registered Vascular Sonographer (CRVS) or a Canadian Registered Cardiac Sonographer (CRCS).
    Diagnostic Medical Sonographer diploma.

Additional Text:
There is an expectation to provide ultrasound coverage in Lloydminster Hospital Medical Imaging Department, Meadow Lake Hospital Medical Imaging Department, as well as Battlefords Union Hospital, depending on available staffing to ensure continual service at all sites.  When such coverage is necessary, the incumbent will be compensated in accordance with the Itinerant Movement LOU.
