Position and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for supervising various trades people in multiple disciplines, ensuring safe work practices are followed, setting priorities and assigning work on a regular basis for both surface and underground.
You will also plan and supervise projects, conduct work inspections, identify and manage employee development and performance and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.

Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
Minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent
Valid Saskatchewan or interprovincial journeyperson ticket in either trade, dual ticketed preferred
Minimum of five to eight years of directly related experience
PLC/DCS experience
Strong team player with strong communication skills
Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Assets:
Background in the operation of complex mining machinery
Working knowledge of SAP
Underground supervisor certificate
Preference will be given to Residents of Saskatchewans North.
