Description

We're looking for a self-motivated and organized Maintenance Material Handler to join our Maintenance & Facilities team. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and material handling support for the Maintenance & Facilities group (this position includes both receiving/material handling and other admin work).

Responsibilities:
Provide office support to the Maintenance & Facilities Leader and other administrative staff
Process EAM documentation and ensure records in EAM are accurate
Assist with processing and documenting all asset information
Assist with processing and documenting all Maintenance & Facilities standard work
Provide back-up of regular tasks for the administrative staff
Properly sort, load and distribute materials/parts for the Maintenance & Facilities team
Work with Tier IVs and the MRO Coordinator on inventory locations in an effort to ensure bins, part information and inventory levels are correct
Work with the Warehouse team to maintain the flow of MRO materials in and out of the various plants

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills - Typing, data processing/data entry, word processing
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of warehouse processes is an asset
Forklift experience
