Description

Provide support to families with children 0 to 6 years of age. Facilitate groups such as parenting,  healthy child development, family programs, cultural activities and others as needed. Plan, organize and implement various activities for parents and children. Provide one on one support, outreach and home visits. Must be flexible and able to adapt to other job duties as needed. Must have Valid Drivers License, pass a CPIC,
