JOB TITLE: Shop Foreman

POSITION TYPE: Permanent - Full Time

LOCATION: Tisdale, SK - 721 93rd Ave S0E 1T0

REPORTING TO: Branch Aftermarket Manager



Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Supervision of shop personnel, and assign Technicians to the appropriate job duties
Monitor shop supplies for waste, and purchase consumables
Monitor work orders for accuracy, efficiency and completion
Ensure quality control, check equipment history, assist, and advise Technicians
Repair and maintain equipment, and other duties as required
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture


Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:

Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician or Agriculture Equipment Technician Certification, or equivalent
3-5 years experience with Agricultural equipment
Experience in a supervisory role is an asset
Ability to work as a team and problem-solve
Leadership, teaching, and time management skills
Valid class 5 drivers license
