Schulte Industries is looking for a Service & Warranty Manager to lead the company's warranty department.

Essential job functions:
1. Responds to incoming telephone calls, in person visits, or emails concerning warranty inquiries and complaints in a polite, professional and courteous manner, demonstrating Schultes commitment to maintaining excellent customer service relations
2. Evaluation of warranty claims submitted by dealers or customers for possible credit or payment consideration
3. Handle and process all warranty claims on Schulte products, using the Schulte Warranty policy as a guide
4. Follow-up with customers/dealers ensuring problems are corrected accurately and timely.
5. Coordinate repair work through the Service Department
6. Assist service and warranty administration staff, distributing work load as required
7. Travel to dealer and field locations for troubleshooting or repairing of Schulte product
8. Coordinate and lead clinics and service schools for the purpose of reviewing safety protocol, training operators, and dealers in setup, use and service of Schulte Products
9. Responsible for training staff in the area of procedures related to customer service

This position will require interprovincial and some international travel when available.
