Description

The Sexual Health Nurse is responsible for the delivery of sexual health services within the
Onion Lake community including clinical services, health promotion and preventative education, counselling and support services.

Job Qualifications:
-Eligible for registration with SRNA and CARNA.
-Experience in a clinical setting, preferable in an area delivering sexual health services.
-Phlebotomy Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
-Sensitivity to First Nations Culture.
-Strong ability to teach in both individual and group settings.
-Strong ability to communicate effectively with all members of the heath team.
-Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines
-Current CPR, WHMIS, TDG.
