Smile & Wave Combustion is seeking an experienced Full Time, Journeyman/woman Electrician to join our team. We are a small plumbing & electrical company located in Kyle, SK. We serve the Town of Kyle, as well as surrounding rural areas, vacation spots, and neighboring towns.
We provide a full scope of residential, commercial, and light industrial customer service - including sales, installation, servicing and repair in the following areas;
-Electrical service, lighting, trenching, standby generators, new construction (residential, commercial & light industrial), controls, renovations, upgrades, troubleshooting.
-furnaces & fireplaces, gasfitting, propane & natural gas fired appliances, water heaters, drainage, well pumps, pressure systems, ventilation, fixtures, air conditioning, septic, water distribution, renovations, sewer drain cleaning, and appliance installation.
Job Requirements:
Physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs
Valid drivers license
Able to take On-Call shifts after hours/weekends
Be comfortable with customer service
Comfortable with troubleshooting, service, new installations, and independent critical thinking
Be fully trained and competent to provide sales and services calls to our customers in the electrical trade
We are located in a rural area, and as such, resourcefulness and critical thinking are necessary skills when attending service calls
Must be comfortable working alone or supervising an Apprentice
Must qualify to be licensed and ticketed in the electrical trade in Saskatchewan
Must pass a criminal record check
Job Details:
Full time, permanent, based on a 40-hour work week. Overtime may be required
Housing can be provided
Willing to work based out of Kyle, SK
Starting wage is negotiable ($33.00-$35.00/hr)
