Description

Position and Responsibilities
We are looking for a collaborative team player who is effective at building excellent relationships with various stakeholders. As a member of the compensation and talent acquisition and development teams, you will work collaboratively with the business on recruitment and compensation files.

You will lead recruitment files and assist with various on-going recruitment related projects. This includes contributing to strategic talent acquisition sourcing for our northern Saskatchewan operations as well as the Saskatoon office. You will coach leaders on processes and strategies that eliminate bias while also meeting business priorities. You will promote Camecos values while fostering a culture that is inclusive, innovative, and safe through all talent acquisition activities.

You will also assist with the administration of Camecos compensation program, which includes the annual compensation planning and processes related to job evaluation. Using existing tools and resources, you will assist stakeholders by applying your knowledge of Camecos existing job progression and salary structures, current incentive plans and strategies.

This is a temporary 12-month term.

Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
    Bachelors degree in business or related discipline
    Three to five years of relevant experience
    Collaborate and build trusting and effective relationships with key stakeholders
    Proficient oral and written communication skills
Assets:
    CPHR and/or CPP designation
    Effective organizational and problem-solving skills
    Experience with SAP
    Experience with applicant tracking systems
