Team Leader must have strong work ethics, be able to supervise staff, provide instruction and guidance, plan and implement programs, be a positive role model, strong organizational and communication skills, set clear team goals and follow through, support management, communicate with staff, plan culturally diverse activities. Must have good computer skills and be able to use a variety of computer programs including word, excel and power point, good math skills, be able to write funding proposals/grants. Be creative, flexible and adapt easily to other job duties as needed. Must pass CPIC and have a valid driver's license
