Schulte Industries is primary looking for Welders for all of its shift.

Weekend Shift - 6:00 am till 7:00 pm; Friday to Sunday

The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of weld experience working in a production environment. They should also be able to perform both small part and mainline welds.

Essential Functions of the Job
1. Spot and weld assemblies
2. Proper handling and safe use of jigs
3. Cleaning welds and removal of splatter
4. Follow through with First Part Checked procedure
5. Identifying weldment with assigned stamp
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area
7. Maintain schedule and deadline requirements
