Core Responsibilities:
    Be the first line of contact for incoming customer repair requests.
    Provide helpful and friendly service to all customers.
    Schedule/plan service department tasks.
    Maintain detailed records of service work.
    Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
    Implement and refine processes that increase organization/efficiency.
    Collaborate with a team to implement change.

Minimum Requirements:
    A strong desire to continuously learn and advance your skill set.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills and good understanding of the importance of superior customer service.
    Capable of interacting with a wide variety of personalities.
    Enjoy collaborating in a team atmosphere.
    Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment.
