Facility operation and maintenance managers Job Description
Plan and conduct building maintenance and operational programs for all facilities in the company premises.
Manage and handle all third-party service providers and contractors to ensure smooth operation.
Coordinate and train employees about workplace safety programs, while making sure safety policies are maintained.
Ensure the efficiency and operational capacity of all bowling, kitchen, bar, and related equipment are operational up to date.
Prepare operation reports, maintenance budgets, and provide analysis of all reports to management and relevant authorities.
Make sure that all maintenance processes and procedures are safe, and that all compliance programs are being met and comply with proper standards.
Handle all the facilities-related planning, space allocations, and cost estimations for equipment and facilities.
Coordinate with other relevant departments and with the maintenance team to make sure all maintenance processes are on track.
Conduct various facilities maintenance schedules while managing and resolving all maintenance issues.
Create and maintain a healthy and safe work environment for all maintenance workers and employees and customers.
Prepare and keep records of all relevant documents and data to produce management or relevant authorities.
