Are you an energetic Carpenter/Handy-Person who wants to work in the Saskatoon and surrounding area? Do you take pride in doing small repairs and projects? Well, this opportunity is designed for you!
We are looking for a Full-time team member who wants to join our growing brand. The successful candidate will be well rounded in all facets of our business and should be available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $30 an hour (based on experience).
You are a well-rounded person that has a great personality, is accountable, courteous and a great communicator. You take pride in doing excellent work and can manage your time to complete projects within the scheduled time frame.
Responsibilities
The Carpenter performs and coordinates the cutting, shaping and installation of building materials during the construction, remodelling or repair in a residential and light commercial setting. You must have experience as a residential carpenter, and you must have a positive attitude.
Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures of various types of wood, plywood and wallboard.
Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues and present a description of the work order to a customer.
