Metro Mechanical Inc. is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our head office in Saskatoon, SK. We are a Plumbing & HVAC company with projects ranging from residential to small commercial to large institutional.
Candidates must possess a high degree of professionalism, strong business communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The candidate should demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize and work efficiently towards deadlines with minimal supervision.
To be successful, you will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Grade 12 education, Administrative Diploma, or equivalent experience
- Experience in construction industry an asset
- Quickbooks experience preferred, but not required
- Strong Computer Proficiency; including good formatting, grammatical, and word processing skills using MS Office (Word, Excel) as well as Adobe PDF
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide effective administrative assistance to all divisions
- Data entry and accounts payable support
- Purchase order invoicing and tracking
- Analysis of field reports to ensure accuracy
- Coordinating with Payroll Supervisor and the administration of employee daily timecards
- Customer and Contract set up and maintenance
Hours & Compensation:
- Flexible hours available we will work together to determine a schedule of 20 to 30 hours per week
