ONE STOP SERVICES LTD is currently seeking a Drug and Alcohol Technician for a full-time position to perform in-office and onsite drug and alcohol collection.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ensure the protection and confidentiality of personal healthcare data collected, provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and demeanor to all donors or clients, and maintain an error-free collection.
Job Specific Tasks, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Perform Drug and Evidential Breath Alcohol Testing.
2. Process and distribute paperwork, ship specimens on the same day.
3. Candidates may also be required to respond onsite within a reasonable time of receiving requests for post-accident testing.
4. Duties include checking in OH&S clients, preparing intake forms and company forms.
5. Be approachable with a professional demeanor, i.e., polite but clear and assertive.
6. Detail-oriented. Dependable and punctual.
7. Tasks include general housekeeping duties and general duties as needed.
Desired Qualification:
Knowledge of DOT and Non-DOT testing regulations and experience with urine drug screen collection and breath alcohol screening preferred, but NOT required.
Minimum Qualification:
High School Diploma or equivalent. One-to-2 years of customer experience. Strong written and oral communication skills.
