Description

Client and Project Management
oOngoing high-level client communication concerning project management and execution
oMonitor project execution, ensuring timelines are met on all projects
oBuild client and project briefs as required for project execution
oServe as a liaison with vendors on behalf of clients for projects such as websites, ad purchasing, print production, event booking, and more
oAssist with preparation of estimates and budgets, and provide progress reports to your immediate supervisor on an ongoing basis
oOnsite supervision of projects, installations, events, etc.
Creative and Strategic Development and Execution
oDevelop strategy and content to support the goals of our clients
oConduct market research and analysis to gain knowledge of the marketplace
oCopywriting  draft content and/or edit newsletter articles, press releases, online content, speaking notes, presentations, videos, and promotional collateral as required.
oSocial media management including content creation, monitoring and ad management.
Requirements
Superior organizational skills with strong time management
Excellent planning and project management skills
Strong ability to multi-task and manage several concurrent projects within the given timeline
Professional and effective communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong writing and communications background is essential
    Strong working knowledge of software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
    Astute attention to detail and ability to think outside the box
    Ability to work productively independently without supervision as well as collaboratively with team members and senior leaders
Possess a positive, can-do attitude
A completed University degree in marketing or similar is preferred; although a college diploma in marketing will be considered.
